Traffic Exchanges, Are They Worth It?…

I often come across this topic about traffic exchanges. Do they work? Or are they just a waste of time? And why should I use them?
Traffic exchange DON’T work UNLESS…
You have a method of using them correctly. Let me explain, when you use traffic exchanges you normally see the same websites being rotated over and over again and you are marketing to other marketers that are just trying to get a click and exposure to their website. There is nothing wrong with that, but how do you separate yourself from every other website out there?
You have to be different by using a lead capture page…
If your new to lead capture pages, lead capture pages are website that are designed to capture the information of your visitors. This is the MOST effective way to promote a website, why? Because instead of rotating your replicated affiliate website with competition of 100’s your lead capture page stands out. It doesn’t give to much information, and requires your visitor to opt-in to get more details.
When you see the same replicated websites, there’s one thing that stands out the most and that is their giving to much information in the shortest amount of time, and It’s not even persuasive enough to hold your attention. Depending on the traffic exchange, it may be 10 – 30 seconds before you continue to the next page. Having a lead capture page will utilize those precious seconds with a attention grabbing headline, a great persuasive copy, and a focus point on what action you want your visitors to take.
You can add audio, or even add video to increase your conversion. I’ve tested audio on a lead capture page -vs- no audio, and hands down the audio lead capture page produced the best results, why? Because it captures attention quickly, you want to keep it short and to the point, your main benefit should be in that audio that will get your visitor to stop what their doing and pay attention to your website.
So how do you monetize the lead capture page and traffic exchange?
Simple, you want to get a autoresponder and create atleast 7 short messages about your product or service, so that when someone opts-in it immediately send them a thank you or a free gift. Once you have collected this information, now you can follow up over and over again with your prospects until they unsubscribe or take the desired action, which may be to purchase, signup, or to inform them such as a newsletter.
You want to continue sending messages to your prospects, atleast 1 time a day, don’t stretch it to more than 1 time a day UNLESS it’s related and has something to do with a follow up to the 1st email.
How to maximize it even further…
If you want to keep a surge of traffic pounding your website, it’s better to build a downline in that traffic exchange that will surf and at the same time give you credits and more exposure, that’s one of the best ways to make your traffic exchange advertising long lasting.
I recommend using no more than 10 traffic exchanges if you are going to use this as a method to bring traffic to your website, you want to use the TOP 10 traffic exchanges that have been reviewed and tested to produce the best results, that way the job is already done for you, all you have to do is put these methods to use…
