How To Make Your Blog More Productive and Profitable?
There’s a million ways you can go about this but I’ll tell you what works for me. It’s not just about plugins and linkbacks although that is VERY important, the main important factor is what you write and who you are writing it for.
If you want to make your blog the spot to be, find HOT topics that others are interested in and deliver the content. You’ll be surprised just how it takes off, you’ll get more comments and more linkbacks, as of right now, my whole blog has about 10,000+ linkbacks to it and it’s only 3 months old, not bad right?
Remember the key is to always find what’s in DEMAND first, if you find a HOT topic that relates to your market, jump on it. Also the way you execute it should be strategic, don’t just use the same title as everyone else, it will get lost in the blogosphere. The key is to be different and unique about the topic.
Put your twist on it, how you really feel about it, even cause a stir with it. If you can create buzz with your blog, you have no problem getting traffic at all. If you are just posting affiliate links and advertisements on it, the search engines will ignore you and so will your visitors. Title is the most important part, it reflects wether your blog URL is clicked on or not.

One of the most important techniques that I have found to be working great is how you create the title. Remember to create the title with the search engines in mind. For example, the latest report by Ellie Drake and Mike Filsaime called The Death Of Network Marketing I blogged about, it’s a hot topic and great quality information that I reviewed, so…
If you go to google and type in the name “Ellie Drake” , ”Mike Filsaime”, The death of network marketing, you’ll see that I’m showing up in the top 10 positions for all these terms and it’s driving me quality traffic. The latest report The Birth Of Network Marketing 2.0 I was able to land in the top 10 positions in less than 24 hours.
When you write your title, make sure the keywords is in it, and in the first opening paragraph of your post, make sure the keywords are there too because that’s what the search engines read first. Want to take it further, let the social networking sites give you authority and higher rank, here’s what I mean…
Just for submitting my content to imnewswatch.com, stumbleupon.com, plugim.com, and digg.com the topic get’s passed around virally, therefore bringing me more traffic and sales to my blog and letting the search engines know that the topic is hot, so when it shows up, it shows that my story is on digg and that feeds the search engines, you really need to be using digg.com and plugim.com for sure.
I want you to really think about this because I landed so much top keywords even over the official site itself using this tactic and I will keep using it and mastering it, it’s simple, but you have to try it, don’t think just because you post on your blog it will get noticed, take it to the bigboy sites and let them know that you posted on your blog, also if you have a hot topic your visitors and readers will digg it or link to it, so give it a try
